Marketing Manager – Social Media Location: Ludhiana, Punjab Full job description The Role We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the vibrant real estate market of Ludhiana, Punjab. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital and social media marketing, strong leadership skills, and a good understanding of the local real estate market. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs. Responsibilities of this role -Curate creative content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Curate, edit, publish and share engaging content regularly. -Design and implement social media strategies that align with our business goals. Suggest new ideas to promote brand awareness. -Engaging with customers on different channels. Give detailed guided site tours to prospective clients (property dealers, investors, buyers, etc.) -Collaborate with the sales manager to ensure leads turn into sales. -Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies -Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly -Present ideas and final deliverables and communicate with Directors about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets Required skills and qualifications -Proven success in developing social media marketing plans and campaigns -Proficiency in content management -Knowledge of online marketing channels -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills -Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity -Experience with social media platforms and cloud-based productivity tools -Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in marketing, business, or related field Salary and Benefits -Good salary package (Range: Rs.18-40 thousand/month) according to the experience. -Plus, commission based on achievement of targets
